Terms of Service

2.1 Adult Account Holders

The Service is intended for use by and on behalf of children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

2.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.1 Subscription Benefits

An active subscription to Voice of Mama includes:

• Unlimited access to the full Audio Library for the duration of your subscription period.
• Two (2) complimentary AI-narrated stories per calendar month, narrated using your personalized voice model (if set up).

3.2 Additional Narrated Stories

If you wish to generate more than 2 narrated stories in a given calendar month, you may purchase additional story narrations as one-time add-ons at the then-current price listed in the app. Unused purchased narrations do not roll over to the following month and have no cash value.

3.3 Billing and Renewal

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.

3.4 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Purchased additional story narrations are non-refundable once used. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us at support@voiceofmama.com within 30 days of the charge.

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the updated price.

4.1 Voice Data Collection

To create your personalized voice model, you will be asked to record samples of your voice through the app. By submitting voice recordings, you grant Voice of Mama a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use your voice data solely for the purpose of creating and operating your personalized voice model within the Service.

4.2 Consent and Accuracy

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are the person whose voice is being recorded; (b) you have not impersonated or recorded the voice of any other individual without their express written consent; and (c) you are not using the voice model feature to create a voice that could be used to deceive, defraud, or harm any third party.

4.3 Voice Model Ownership and Restrictions

Your voice model is created solely for personal, non-commercial use within the Voice of Mama platform. You may not:

• Export, copy, or distribute your voice model outside the Service
• Use your voice model to generate content other than children's stories through the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying voice data or model

4.4 Deletion of Voice Data

You may delete your voice model at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your voice recordings and model from our active systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations. Deleting your voice model does not affect previously generated story narrations stored in your library.

5.1 Our Content

All audio stories, music, artwork, and other materials in the Audio Library ("Our Content") are owned by or licensed to Voice of Mama and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and listen to Our Content through the Service for personal, non-commercial use only.

5.2 User-Generated Content

Voice recordings and any other content you submit to the Service ("User Content") remain yours. You grant Voice of Mama a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and use your User Content as necessary to provide the Service. We will not use your voice recordings to train general-purpose AI models without your separate, explicit consent.

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Copy, download, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Audio Library
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect content from the Service
• Use the Service or voice narration feature for any commercial purpose
• Generate content that is inappropriate, harmful, or offensive to children
